ASD® is known by our clients to handle their projects both large and small. Everyday we dispatch our AASDI™ technicians to hundreds of sites, performing a full range of services.
We are only able to do this type of service because of the relationships we have with our AASDI™ affiliates. Established in 1992, our AASDI™ affiliates are strategically located across the United States and Canada. To become an AASDI™ is a stringent and comprehensive process. Only a small percentage of companies who make application to become an AASDI™ are ultimately certified.
Over 90% of our AASDI™ partners are companies we’ve worked with for years. We have a one on one relationship with these affiliates and they are dedicated to providing the best of breed services to ASD® and its clients.
The sheer size and placement of our AASDI program gives you the advantage of utilizing our ability to quickly respond to any needs that may occur. Having a knowledgeable and flexible team ensures the highest amount of responsiveness to any contingencies that may develop during your project.
While some rollout companies do not perform MAC or service calls, ASD® performs an average of 3-5,000 service calls per year for its clients nationwide. Our typical response time is less than 72 hours from the time we receive the work order. Anywhere you are, we have certified technicians in place ready to service your systems. Our AASDI™ network represents over $1,250,000,000.00 in revenue, 12,000 technicians, 700 points of operations and 700 owners in the local market who work diligently everyday to ensure that the clients of ASD® are well taken care of.
Our pricing model is not a markup over the AASDI™ price to ASD®. Because we are an affiliation, we are able to resell to you, our client, at the same price as you would buy in the local market. So unlike other companies who claim they offer national services with a subcontractor base of installers, we are offering you a single point of contact without the markup.
